Have you had the issue where some of your transactions just disappeared because QuickBooks automatically matched them for you — even though you were planning to manually match and categorize them yourself.
This is how to undo QuickBooks unwanted AI help.
Go to Banking > Bank Transactions > Categorized Transaction
Then select the transactions that you think QuickBooks might have automatically matched for you and undo them.
Then in order to prevent QuickBooks Online from automatically matching your transactions in the future select the Settings icon and turn off the Automatic Matching toggle.
